How does the credit system work?
Each tariff includes a certain number of credits per month. Credits can be spent on 5 actions:

- Obtaining transcripts
- Hook generation
- Script writing
What can you do with 900 credits?
Our tariffs are initially designed for generous limits. A Titan tariff user with 900 credits can do, for example, the following every month:
- Add 90 new channels to track
- Get 300 transcripts
- Store 300 work items in storage
- Generate 3600 hooks
- Write 450 scripts
What usage restrictions are there in my tariff?
You can perform any actions within the platform as long as you have credits. Use them to write scripts, analyze new channels, or any combination. How exactly to spend credits is up to you. The system is specially made flexible and with generous limits.
How many authors can I track?
As much as you like. Our database is constantly growing - it already contains tens of thousands of authors and tens of millions of videos. And if the author you need is not there yet, you can indicate his nickname, and we will add him in about 3-5 minutes

We don't currently support two-factor authentication (2FA), but you can use passkeys to add an extra layer of account security.
Is it possible to switch between tariffs?
Yes, sure. You can raise or lower your tariff at any time.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to Settings and opening the payment portal.
What is your returns policy?
All new users are given a 7-day free trial period with access to all Badung functionality. Therefore, we unfortunately do not provide refunds on subscriptions.
Can I temporarily pause my subscription?
There is currently no option to pause your subscription. If you need a break, you can cancel your plan and easily resubscribe when you're ready.
